Great Location and Amenities Convenient shopping and dining nearby. the rooms are clean and comfortable. A variety of amenities are available such as a swimming pool and spa. the staff is friendly and professional.
Poor Service and Overpriced Rooms the staff is unaccommodating, lacking in customer service, and unwilling to go above and beyond to make the experience memorable. the room rates are overpriced for the quality of service and amenities provided.

Housekeeping was very poor and breakfast was not to the standards.

It was a very nice hotel with vary good service and clean well maintained rooms in the vicinity of a major shopping area in Tianjing. This is a very exclusive shopping area and therefore very expensive shopping especially by Chinese standards. No cheap fake goods here.
Its location is very good in one respect but also its a negative in another because traffic in the vicinity is complete madness & a nightmare. Some taxi drivers even refuse to drive you there especially at rush hour.

good price, excellent location (main shopping road around the corner, big shopping mall within the building, tube access around the corner), clean
Hotel is surrounded by construction sites, but this is not the fault of the hotel.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with their exclusive amenities, attentive service, and prime location. the swimming pool and private facilities were a great bonus to my luxurious stay. the restaurant's diverse menu made every meal a delightful gastronomic experience, and the bar/lounge area was the perfect place to unwind after a long day.
I did encounter a minor issue with the room's limited view. Nevertheless, the room advantages and exceptional service more than made up for it.

i loved the pool and the steam room
reception on 6th floor is a bit unusual some better signs woiuld have helped. The breakfast was ok but a bit unorganised. I ordered thhe eggs then went to get some bacon etc. There was no sausages so they had to be cooked fresh. The toast machine didn't work, all the toast fell down the back. The breakfast was ready bit by bit.

The rooms were very. Nice
Our stay was spoilt by the inability to col the room with the air conditioning units as the hotel switches off the facility to do this in winter to save money

I liked the overall feeling of the rooms. Very quiet, of very good quality. Breakfast was rich and staff very attentive and helpful.
More international channels on tv would have been better.

The bilingual/tri-lingual staff made communication easy, and the front desk personnel were polite and professional. the well-maintained facilities and clean rooms were typical of Japanese quality. the restaurant served exceptional yet affordable meals, reminiscent of our time in Tokyo. We appreciated the staff's help in arranging a private taxi, ensuring a professional and reliable service.
We felt very happy with our experience and had no complaints at all.
